The Adelaide Hills has gained much respect over the years for it's ability to produce high quality Pinot Noir.
Alta Pinot Noir is made using over nine different Pinot Noir clones, all of which lend a different flavour or structure angle to the final wine.
Great care was taken to ensure that the focus of the wine remained with the regional and varietal characters on offer. Aromas of pink musk and spiced strawberry follow through onto the intense savoury palate.
Subtle use of French oak adds depth and complexity.
